JP (#21) – 1000cc Class
JP has been competing in MSBK since last season and continues his campaign in the 1000cc class this year.
Round 1 provided valuable experience and marked another step forward in his development. After carefully analyzing the previous race and working on improvements, JP is ready to return stronger for Round 2.

Alen Ao Ieong (#86) – 250cc Class
Round 2 marks Alen’s first appearance in the Malaysia Superbike Championship.
Having started motorcycle racing only three years ago, he now earns the opportunity to compete in one of Asia’s premier motorcycle racing championships.
Still developing as a young rider, Alen is determined to challenge some of Asia’s fastest competitors and gain invaluable experience that will help shape his future racing career.

What to Watch This Weekend
One of the biggest stories this weekend is Alen’s MSBK debut in the 250cc class. Last year, Alen experienced a crash during a race in Macau, leaving him with some hesitation when racing in wet conditions.
However, he remains determined.
“I haven’t completely overcome it yet, but my desire to challenge myself is stronger than my fear.”
Sepang is well known for its unpredictable weather, where dry conditions can quickly turn into rain. Despite those challenges, Alen has chosen to keep moving forward. His determination and courage will make his MSBK debut one of the most inspiring stories to follow this weekend.
JP will also be one to watch in the 1000cc class.
After learning important lessons in Round 1, he has worked on improving both his bike setup and race strategy. With more experience under his belt, JP is aiming to deliver an even stronger performance in Round 2. Can he turn the lessons from the previous race into a breakthrough result? We can’t wait to find out.
