Team Director
With a racing career spanning from 1999 to 2019, our Team Director has over two decades of experience in national and international competition. In 2012, he founded the team and began leading riders into major championships across China and the Asia Road Racing scene.
Over the years, he has guided and achieved remarkable results, including four national championships in the 125CC–250CC categories, multiple titles in the Pan Delta Super Racing Festival, and the 2017 CSBK 1000CC overall championship. He also secured podium finishes in the CSBK 600CC Modified Class in 2019.
In 2023, he earned official recognition as a CAMF Certified Intermediate Racing Coach, as well as FIM International Clerk of the Course and FIM International Race Steward certifications — further solidifying his expertise both on and off the track.
領隊自 1999 年起征戰全國賽事，至 2019 年累積了超過二十年的豐富賽事經驗。2012 年成立車隊後，開始帶領團隊活躍於國內各大錦標賽以及亞洲摩托車錦標賽。
多年間屢創佳績，包括全國賽 125CC–250CC 組別共四個年度總冠軍、珠海泛珠三角超級賽多次年度冠軍，以及 2017 年 CSBK 1000CC 年度總冠軍。2019 年亦在 CSBK 600CC 改裝組奪得年度亞軍。
2023 年，他取得 中國汽摩協會認證賽車中級教練資格，並通過 FIM 國際比賽主管 與 FIM 國際賽事仲裁 資格認證，將專業從賽道延伸至賽事管理領域。

歐陽富
Team Manager
Racing since 2013, he has earned multiple championship titles in Zhuhai and Macau, and has represented the team in MSBK and various international events. With over a decade of competitive experience — and a background as both a test rider and instructor — he brings deep technical insight and steady leadership to the team. His firsthand understanding of racing enables him to read track conditions, anticipate challenges, and provide clear direction when it matters most.
As Team Manager, he oversees daily operations, coordinates race-weekend strategy, and ensures seamless communication between riders, mechanics, and support staff. He plays a key role in rider development, helping them refine their performance, maintain focus under pressure, and approach every race with confidence.
Driven, disciplined, and detail-oriented, he is the backbone of our race-weekend execution — keeping the team organized, prepared, and performing at its absolute best.
自 2013 年起投入賽事以來，他在珠海與澳門多次奪得冠軍，並代表車隊參加 MSBK 及多項國際賽事。憑藉十多年實戰經驗，以及測試車手與教練的背景，他為團隊帶來深厚的技術視野與沉穩的領導力。多年累積的比賽經驗使他能洞察賽道狀況、預判挑戰，並在關鍵時刻給出明確的指示。
身為 Team Manager，他負責日常營運、比賽週末的策略統籌，並確保車手、技師與支援團隊之間的溝通順暢。他也是車手培訓的重要推動者，協助提升表現、在壓力下保持專注，並以最佳狀態迎接每一場比賽。
嚴謹、果斷且注重細節，他是車隊在比賽週末得以穩定發揮的核心力量，讓團隊始終保持最佳準備與最高水準。
